Measure Ring Size

Our Advice:

When measuring your ring size, make sure your hands are at a normal body temperature, as fingers can shrink in the cold and expand in the heat.

If you are unsure or between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

How to Measure Your Finger

What you will need:

  • A thin strip of paper, approximately 3 inches (7.5 cm) long
  • A pen or marker
  • A ruler

Steps:

  1. Wrap the strip of paper around the base of your finger, exactly where you plan to wear the ring.
  2. Make sure the paper fits snugly, but not too tightly, for the most accurate measurement.
  3. Mark the point where the paper overlaps using a pen or marker.
  4. Lay the strip flat and measure the distance from the end of the paper to the marked point with a ruler.
  5. Record the measurement in millimeters.
  6. Use our ring size chart to find your ideal size.

At Sophia & Lena, we want your jewelry to fit as beautifully as it looks.
