Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

At Sophia & Lena, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all included components, preferably in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive the correct return instructions and return address, you must contact our customer service team before sending the item back.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Late or Non-Eligible Returns

Returns requested after the 30-day return request period may not be accepted, unless the item is faulty or there is another valid issue approved by our support team.

7. Order Cancellations

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In that case, you may still request a return after receiving your order, in accordance with this policy.
